I had an Advil ad, but for some reason it won't let me post the picture through my phone. Anyways it has the phrase "fast acting", which as Subject and Strategy explains is very manipulative language. The word "act" doesn't necessarily mean cure and doesn't give it any credibility against its competitors. The ad also claims to "stop pain", but adds the phrase "before it gets worse", which essentially means that it will stop further pain, but makes no promise to alleviate current pain.
